This jacquard wall tapestry is inspired from the famous "Tentures des Indes", set of 8 tapestries woven at the Gobelins during the XVIIth century that achieve a great success in the XVIIIth century. This extract represents wildlife and exotic flora of dutch columns. It is woven in wool, silk or both, it is lined with a plain beige cotton fabric and has an integral sleeve for hanging. It comes with the "TISSAGE D'ART DE LYS" certificate.
