This jacquard wall tapestry is inspired from the work of Carle Vernet (1758- 1836) one of Napoleon's most prized artists.The emperor is seen, with his court, watching a stag in the Compiègne forest. It is woven in wool, silk or both, it is lined with a plain beige cotton fabric and has an integral sleeve for hanging. It comes with the "TISSAGE D'ART DE LYS" certificate.
